Noel Kelly Safety Services Limited, are a vital organisation providing essential training, health and safety services to the construction, transportation and manufacturing industries, based at Harbourville House, Marsh Road, Drogheda, Co. Meath (Eircode A92Y207) also providing health, safety and training services to a wide-ranging number of organisations from a variety of sectors including: construction (PSDP and PSCS*), civil, road and rail, production and warehousing, transport and fleet safety, mechanical and electrical, facilities, security and fire safety. We have a long standing client relationships demonstrating a good track record in delivering cost effective, professional, on time and responsive advice, solutions, training and back up services. Noel Kelly is the owner and operator of Noel Kelly Safety Services and has a MSc in Environmental Health and Safety Management and is a chartered member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), operating on a continual basis since 2007 after many years working in a range of different sectors as outlined above. We have access to many likeminded safety and training professionals to meet all client requests.
Noel Kelly offers on the ground support and solutions to all sectors, at a local level this would include project based safety statements, risk assessments, audits, inspections, surveys and training. At corporate level we provide management systems, risk management strategies and solutions, risk management documentation, management and staff training. The training rooms and board room at Harbourville House are equipped with the most up to date media for course and meeting presentation, we can supply these rooms to organisations requiring a quality location for their meeting and training requirements.

Listening to our clients needs and requirements and agreeing precisely what is required, providing up to date practical and cost effective health and safety solutions for all sizes and types of organisations. *PSCS, this is a support to the onsite nominated PSCS, we provide all the required management systems, in a small number of one off projects we can provide direct PSCS if we have a presence on site.
